The world is full of beautiful places, but a new study finds a surprising number of them aren’t actually anywhere near as spectacular as they claim to be.

That includes places with relatively high land prices.

In a new report published on Wednesday, the nonprofit Global Price Index ranks countries based on a list of factors like property values, tax rates, and natural resources.

The survey uses data from data sources like the U.S. Census Bureau, World Bank, and United Nations.

It found the U
